Nancy Rothacker, Director of Player Development
Nancy has been a part of Dublin Lacrosse Club since the beginning and has worked with all of our age groups, Middle School through High School. Nancy has had a pivotal role in developing the club and lacrosse in Dublin in general. She is the longtime director for DYA Lacrosse and also coaches Dublin Select teams. Nancy loves to see players develop and grow their love of the game. Nancy also serves as our director of player and team operations and provides valuable mentorship and leadership to our coaching staff.




Avery Schwab, Head Coach, Middle School Green
Avery is a 2021 graduate of Dublin Scioto, where she was recognized as the USA Today Ohio Girls Lacrosse Player of the Year, earned All-OCC, All-Region, All-State, and USA Lacrosse Academic All-American honors, and led the state in points per game. She graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2024 with a degree in Biochemistry and completed her collegiate playing career this Spring as an Attacker for the Division I women’s lacrosse team. During her time at EMU, Avery set school records for assists in a season and assists per game, and earned All-MAC Academic honors. This is Avery’s 6th year of coaching with Dublin Lacrosse Club.

 






Amara Carlson, Assistant Coach, Middle School Green
Amara is a 2021 graduate of Dublin Coffman, where she was a team captain for the 2021 state champion Rocks lacrosse team.  Amara just completed her 3rd year at Ohio Wesleyan, where she is a team captain for the women’s lacrosse team and has earned NCAC academic honor roll recognition.  Amara is in her 4th year of coaching for Dublin Lacrosse Club.



Olivia Lantz, Head Coach, High School Green
Olivia is a 2023 graduate of Dublin Coffman, where she was a member of the 2021 Rocks state championship team and was recognized with All-OCC, All-Region, All-State and Academic All-American awards. Olivia currently plays for the Ohio State Women’s Club Lacrosse team, where she also serves as President of the club. Olivia is a former Dublin Lacrosse Club player.  This is Olivia’s second season coaching with Dublin Lacrosse Club, with other coaching experience including a season at Resolute and high school varsity assistant at The Wellington School. 




Morgan Halli, Head Coach, Middle School White
Morgan is a 2023 graduate of Dublin Coffman and was a member of the 2021 Rocks state championship team, where she earned All-Region recognition.  Morgan just completed her second year at Kent State, where she is majoring in Middle Childhood Education and is a member of the Division 1 women’s lacrosse team.  She was recognized as a member of the All-MAC Freshman team after her first season.  Morgan is a former Dublin Lacrosse Club player and is in her 3rd year of coaching for DLC.



Bailey Morris, Assistant Coach, Middle School White
Bailey is a 2023 graduate of Dublin Coffman and was a member of the 2021 Rocks state championship team.  Bailey holds the Coffman school records for goals and points in a season and was recognized as a USA Lacrosse All-American, 3x All-Region, 3x All-OCC, 2x Team MVP.  Bailey just completed her first year at the University of South Florida, where she is a Midfielder for the Division 1 women’s lacrosse team.  Bailey is in her 2nd year of coaching for DLC.



Caiden Brennan, Head Coach, Middle School Gold

Caiden is a 2022 graduate of Dublin Jerome, where her teammates selected her as team captain her senior season, and she was recognized with the “Unsung Hero” award by her team.  She is currently a junior at Ohio State in the Pre-Med program and also plays on Ohio State’s Club Lacrosse team, where she is also a member of the executive board.  Caiden played for Dublin Lacrosse Club during her high school years and is in her 3rd season as a coach with the Club.


Sophia Schwab, Assistant Coach, Middle School Gold


Sophia is a 2024 graduate of Dublin Scioto where she set career and single season school records for goals scored and total points.  She was recognized as OCC Player of the Year in 2024 and was also a 3x All-Region, 4x All-OCC, and USA Lacrosse Academic All-American.  Sophia just completed her first year at the University of Detroit Mercy  where she plays lacrosse for the Division 1 women’s lacrosse team and was recently named to the All-MAC Freshman team.  This is Sophia's 2nd season coaching with DLC, and Sophia was a 2-year player for Dublin Lacrosse Club.
